The room was ok. However for staff service, the morning staff was an angel, really helping tourists for all she can. Her WeChat user is "the moon is going to be round". I hope her supervisor acknowledged it. She went out of her way to help me courier a bag I left at the hotel lobby and she trusted me. She also helped booked a taxi that will debit from her account and she trusted me. The night staff is hell, everything was impossible with him. SO overall the rating is neutral. I hope the morning girl well, she is fantastic

Out of all the hotels I have ever stayed at in China, which includes 4 and 5 star well known hotels, Ya Chen hotel has ranked above all. The rooms themselves were always neat and tidy with a newly renovated feel. The front desk workers go out of their way to make our stay free of hassle. My father and I needed to urgently extend our stay and the receptionist assisted us without even needing to exchange our room cards. We had to do laundry on our last day before Chinese New Year because we were going to embark on a trip to HuaDu. Conveniently, they had accessible machines for us! We didn’t have our WeChats linked to our banks yet, but the workers took care of the payments with ease. That was a tremendous help. Thanks to the front desk for a super foreign friendly welcome and a memorable stay! At this price point, I am truly amazed by the accommodating service and luxury ambiance. I will definitely be staying at Ya Chen again if I ever get the chance to:)
