The room was poorly equipped. We had our 7 year old daughter with us and she had to use the pullout bed, we accepted that. But the bed was filthy when we opened it up Then when I asked for pillows and sheets for the bed I was told you are only allowed 5 pillows for the room. The pillows are barely filled and the smallest pillows I have ever seen in my life. It was a very uncomfortable sleeping experience. The shower got luke warm at best for us to shower, we thought because we were third floor it might take a minute, nope never got any better. Drying off was wonderful.. We were given two towels and two hand towels, when we asked for more we were told they are limited to two to a room. Three people in the room, two bath towels, ridiculous. We chose this hotel for the indoor pool for our 7 year old and it was January 2, No notice of the pool being under maintenance until after we checked in and asked. I had an extremely disappointed little girl. The only reason I am giving them two stars is because the staff was great. Sounds like they have their hands tied on a lot of things to make customers happy. When I asked for things they would say "we are only allowed...", and apologize. I paid for certain amenities are received only half and the rest were subpar.

The hotel was full and busy the night of our stay, yet the staff stayed friendly and polite. Our room was clean. No issues, would definitely stay here again. The parking lot was smaller but it was very well lit, felt safe for being close to the highway

I will never stay at a “choice” hotel again. Walls are paper thin. Staff hides behind the door and lets you stand at desk for a while before coming out to see why you are at front desk. And the incesidenfee on top on the cost of room, I stay all over McDonough GA and have never had to pay more than $25 and if I’ve already stayed at these hotels my fee is waived. But not this place, checking in a head of me was a choice member…they made her pay the $100 fee as well. Why even bother being a member??? This hotel treats you like crap from the min you walk through the doors. Also parking was limited. Shower water did not get hot just luke warm. Make sure you bring toiletries all the bottles in shower we’re empty. It is conveniently located by some very good restaurants and just 1/8 of a mile from interstate 75. There are no bars in McDonough so if you are looking for night life it’s not here….if you would like an adult beverage you have to go to a chain restaurant, Texas Roadhouse, milers ale, or Nicks BBQ. I rated the hotel with 2 stars that’s only for location. They are far from being a Ritz. So the incendental fee

The room was in good condition, front desk staff could have been a bit nicer. I also had a late check out , but I guess the person at the front desk didn’t put that in. so someone pretty much opened my door while I was still in my room asking when I was going to check out.

Chose this location because it had EV charging for my Tesla. Had both Tesla and non Tesla chargers (overnight). The thermostat did not seem to work. Had to get up at 4:00 a.m. to turn it off cuz I was freezing. Water temperature in The shower was inconsistent for some reasons shower was inconsistent. No hair dryer in the room. Meh...

The room had an odd smell. The bathroom had mold or mildew on the ceiling and the shower head was kind of gross. Could use a vinegar soak and scrubbing. The breakfast was good (especially the biscuits) and staff was friendly.

Shout out to Josh for exceptional customer service at front desk. As far as cleanliness: We only had one cleaning issue where the cleaners failed to find two dirty wash cloths hanging on shower rod. Other than that. Our stay was great.
