My wife and I came to Greenville for our annual family vacation. Our son and daughter and their families also attended. Our total number included six adults and three children ages five and under. The top five reasons Grand Greenville Estate was ideal for our stay.
1) The house has a spacious common area, a large kitchen, and a large-screen TV room.
2) The house has enough bedrooms and bathrooms for a family group. Our grandkids enjoyed the bunk bedroom.
3) The property has easy access to downtown Greenville and small quaint towns like Travelers Rest and Greer, which provide restaurants, shops, parks, microbreweries, walking and biking trails, etc. For example, some of the highlights in Greenville included Unity Park with a playground and splash pad, Swamp Rabbit Trail, Falls Park on the Reedy, Flour Field (Greenville Drive baseball team), the Children’s Museum of the Upstate, and the Liberty Bridge.
4) The property is near Furman University, where you can jog or stroll on the beautiful campus.
5) The property owner was very responsive when we had questions or needed extra home items like towels, bath mats, etc.
This property and location met our needs and more!
