Loved the breakfast. Felt safe parking in the parking structure. Appreciated that you needed the room key to use the elevator up to the rooms. Hot tub was fantastic! Amazing view. Incredibly friendly and kind staff. But I could not sleep on the bed. It had no back support and sagged. I tried shoving pillows underneath me, and I kept sagging down, the pillows were just as bad. They flattened down completely as soon as you utilized them.I called down to the front desk and asked for extra pillows, and the kind woman looked for them, but could not find any.
I moved over to the sofa bed, the pullout was just as flimsy. The fibers on the sofa itself were prickly and felt like little pins were sticking through the seats, armrests, and against my legs. I finally piled all the blankets and pillows I could on top of the sofa bed so that I would not be scratched by the fibers, curled up and slept for a few hours. Which is too bad, it’s in such a great neighborhood and close to family who I came to visit.
I don’t like that I have to leave this review, but if other people need support for their backs, they should know ahead of time they will not find it here, at least not in the king size beds that they offer. Hotel management: please consider changing out the furniture that could injure your guests, namely the fabric on your sofa bed couches. Upgrade your pillows and bed mattresses to provide proper support. And I will be happy to return.
