The cabin was nice and close to town. We stayed friday evening through Sunday morning. There is no kitchen but there is a mini fridge, microwave, coffe and tea maker, along with dishes and silverware. There is a TV that allows you to connect to hubs or watch regular TV. It is in a great location, only a minute or two walk from the main street and the lake. The historic rapids lodge and restaurant is in the same parking lot, the atmosphere and food there was wonderful. They allow dogs which was perfect for my boyfriend and I's two dogs. When we arrived some of the lights didnt work, i attempted to call the property management company but got no answer, but they texted back promptly saying they would address the issue, but we found the fuse box in the meantime and were able to fix the problem. The only other issue we encountered was the water not working the morning we left, possible frozen pipes. I let the management company know. Luckily we were headed out so it didnt hinder our stay much. Overall, it was a great little cabin, perfect for our weekend stay on Grand Lake with our dogs.
