Awesome spot! Excellent location, comfortable beds, and we had everything we needed for our stay.Stunning views while working remotely and amazing access to trails.As advertised, we saw the cute little quails while enjoying our coffee outside in the morning 3We can’t wait to come back!

Great location for hiking and biking / Monument Corridor bike path just out the back door / unit was spotless and a pleasure to stay in / Air conditioning and heating both worked well / beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We will try to stay here whenever we visit Grand Junction.

This place was perfect. The location cannot be beat. Absolutely stunning views with so much to do no matter what your interests are. Thomas was a great host. We had an issue when we first got there, completely our fault, and Thomas couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this home.

We loved staying here! It was super clean and very quiet. We went to the Colorado National Monument, which is like three minutes up the road - great location. Thomas was incredibly helpful and kind.

It was great to have a fenced in yard for the dog. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed having access to a lot of channels to watch on the TV because we were wiped out from riding bikes. I even saw some quail while out back with the dog in the morning…as advertised!

Great place to stay in GJ! Host was very friendly and accommodating when I called with a request. Charming place with great views on all sides - location is close to the National Monument and Loop Trails network which are world class for hiking and biking. Well equipped kitchen and cozy living areas. Definitely recommend staying here especially if the outdoors are your thing!

Perfect location

We had a great time staying right along the monument. The place is clean and just right for our family and dog. Will come here again for our bike and ski trips. Thanks for the hospitality and opening up your place in such a special part of the country.
