There are a few things I never experienced before. I booked 2 rooms: one is from 12/27 to 12/28, another is from 12/27-12/30 (booked separately for each day). The complaints is about the latter. 1. I arrived the hotel about 6:30PM, the front desk lady confirmed the room was ready and checked me in. But when we moved things upstairs, the room is NOT cleaned at all. I had to go back to the front desk, she said we had to wait, there was no other rooms to available! I was so tired after 9 hours drive and didn't know how long I had to wait. After another 30 minutes of argument with her, she finally gave me another room 102. 2. But The AC /heater in room 102 was NOT working, it made a lot noises and the room was frozen COLD. Then I had to ask the front desk for help. But she said she could't to ANYTHING! She refused to help, even refused to call her manager, also refused to gave me more blankets when I asked !!! After another long argument with her, finally she gave me her manager' Sam Singh's email, told me to contact the manager MYSELF!!! she won't call/email to her manager! How strange! 3. On Dec 30, 2025, I found the yogurt they served for breakfast was EXPIRED 8 days ago! (see attached pic)

We love our stay at your hotel. The bed was so comfortable and the room is spacious enough. We also love the free breakfast and your staff were polite and smiling. The only thing that we expected in our room was the microwave. Before I booked, I made sure there was a microwave and a fridge but sadly there wasn't any microwave.
