The room was not clean and things were not kept up. The staff was interesting. You check in and out with a person but it’s digital. I’m all for new tech but like the comfort of hospitality in person when I am away from home.

There are many 1 star reviews for this property, but our experience was the opposite. Room was very clean, and nice. Also keep in mind this is flagstaff, az so expectations must be tempered. In this area, 10/10 would stay again
