Filthy sheets, no fitted sheet, stained mattress, disgusting bathroom with toothpaste dripping down the front of the vanity. Left and went somewhere else. Stay away

Great staff. Helpful and accommodating before I even arrived in AZ. Quiet hotel stay and clean rooms. Right on route 66 and minutes away from the historic downtown flagstaff..
Booked far in advance. Pre paid and got the worst room location on the property
Staff was really nice when I called for early check in. Staff on duty when we showed up was sort of curt and didn’t even say hardly anything. This property is old and not well maintained. The bathroom door latch was broken and did not close or lock. Noisy bathroom fan was installed at a weird angle. Hole in ceiling visible. No chair for the built in desk. Property is right on Route 66 near railroad tracks. Concerned that the noise would be a problem with these old walls. It wasn’t as bad as I thought and I got a good nights sleep, not hearing a train until the morning, but my wife slept terribly and said we cannot ever stay there again.
Kind of an outdated property with people who are not friendly. The room was ok at best with chunks of drywall missing in areas, bathroom door that wouldn’t stay closed and towels placed on top of the back of the toilet with toilet paper on top of it. The toilet paper roll holder was missing the rod and I guess the hotel didn’t want to spend the money to fix it. We had a reservation for 3, only 2 towels were given to us. We went to call front desk or housekeeping to discover the phone is just a prop, it has no wire and isn’t plugged in. I went to housekeeping to ask for a towel for my kid and was told we’ll get you one later and go to the front desk, you can’t have another towel. The service level is absolutely absurd. This is one place I won’t ever stay at again.
Was too tired to request to move to other room beside, clerk says was full. When u enter y r overwhelmed w cleaning liquid that masks the urine smell mix together. Husband still had the lingering smell after check out. Had to sleep w my nose cover w the sheet to cxl the smell.
Room seems smaller than picture, not a whole lot but its decent

We had a beautiful stay, the staff, the room and the pool were AWESOME. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very attentive and the kids loved the pool.
The property was great and was very accommodating for my service animal.
