The property location was great, close to the park. Check in was fast and friendly. Parking was nice and close to the room/suites we stayed in. The initial cleanliness of the room was good, however we had to ask for the room to be cleaned. That was not expressed to us at check in. After hiking all day in the park, we came back to the room with the room not serviced. So we didn’t have clean towels to shower with and had to make our own bed. Very frustrating for the money we paid for the room. The second day I called and asked for the room to be serviced. We hiked again in the park and came back at 2p, after leaving the room at 7am, to the bed being made and the dirty towels picked up. The room otherwise was not picked up. We went and got towels from the hot tub area. Very frustrating. Not that the coffee was any good, but they didn’t even clean that area toilet paper is super thin for a hotel priced like this. We had to stop our shower, to allow the water to drain, everytime. Another frustrating issue. I do not recommend this hotel, as there seemed to be better options in the area, especially for the price point.

The hotel was good, but the breakfast was great! Not your ordinary hotel breakfast. Also,the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is located a few short minutes outside of the Grand Canyon park. I preferred to stay outside the park because it’s a lot less expensive. Room was modern and clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Their free breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Hot tub was a nice plus. Would definitely stay here again.

i wish that Expedia had informed me of their arrangement with this hotel which was the old Holiday Express. i was given 2 rooms for the handicaps. when i asked the clerk for regular rooms, i was told that was Expedia’s arrangement with them.
