The hotel is undeniably beautiful, but there are a few caveats. Cons: Hotel is huge! From our room to the front desk (where the valet, restaurant, and pool are), it was about a 15-minute walk. They did tell us at the end of our stay you could request a golf cart to come pick you up, but by the time they would actually get there and take you back, I would assume it would take just as long. It is not just the one building; there are, I believe, 9 buildings. - There are also no mosquito/window screens in the rooms, so there were some mosquitoes/flies in the room. - The pool is quite nice, but there are lots of children! - To use the hot tubs, you need to schedule a time, which no one told us, so by the time we found out, it was all booked until the end of our stay. Pros: Breakfast is really good, lots of options (omelets, tapiocas, eggs, cheeses, breads, meats...). - Beds are really comfy, and rooms are very spacious. - Front desk staff and valet are very nice and helpful.

Hotel bem localizado, lindo, com decoração que remete a Toscana. Quartos ótimos, cama confortável, todos os ambientes limpos. Esperava mais de um hotel 5 estrelas, principalmente em relação ao quarto, colchão desconfigurado, deitava afundava, e a cama muito barulhenta não dava pra se mexer que os ferro zubia tudo, e acústica do quarto muito ruim, mto som vindo de fora, e a questão de ter que se deslocar pelo estacionamento do subsolo para áreas sociais (café, piscina, restaurante, academia) que era centralizado na torre principal, dava uns 200 metros de caminhada toda vez, fico pensando a dificuldade no inverno!!! Em questão de estrutura é sensacional, mas em questão de conforto, já fiquei em 3 estrelas mto melhor! Infelizmente em questão de empolgação sai decepcionado com minha estadia! Esperava comodidade maior de um hotel 5 estrelas.
