This quiet Farmhouse consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room, a kitchen, and 2 gathering rooms. It is located 3 miles from Burr Oak State Park Lodge and is within walking distance of Dock 1. Situated on a small family own campground, Burr Oak Family Resort. There are plenty of opportunities for outside recreation, such as hunting, fishing, boating, hiking, and sightseeing. 30 minutes away you will find Ohio University, 20 minutes from Tecumseh off-road trails, and 40 minutes away from Hocking Hills. There is also a golf course within a half mile, and Bailey's bicycle trail is just 15 minutes south. We are located on Scenic Highway 78 in Southeastern Ohio. 5 minutes from town, this property has a lot to offer.
