I find it hard to review this hotel. It was very clean, the staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming, and the room was cute. We upgraded to a deluxe and found it very nice and spacious. Our main problem was there is a night club right next to the hotel so the music and people partying until 4am kept us up all night. If you want to sleep I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Spacious room on the 5th floor. Big bathroom with bath and a large shower. Full size fridge but minimal tea, coffee and milk provided, would like more. In room safe for your valuables. On the downside, little hanging room for clothes and only 4 hangers provided. We were staying as part of a longer visit to Switzerland so we struggled to hang all our clothes.

Right in the heart of the old town with good access to trams and buses (free transport card for the duration of your stay within zone 10). Well equipped spacious rooms with complimentary water and coffee available in room/lobby. Comfortable and very clean beds. Fantastic power shower with a shower gel/shampoo/conditioner already there. Good hairdryer also.

Location was great! Stayed there for 2 nights. Some staff are not very welcoming specially the Blonde lady at the front desk, forced to smile to customers. Noisy in the middle of the night. No air con but shower is fantastic. Rooms are very clean. Overall, hotel is great and location. Thank you!

Room was in good condition and pretty clean. Staff were nice so no problems there, however, the restaurant and bar were closed for the entire stay. You couldn’t even get room service or a drink to take to your room. Wasn’t told before arriving either as would have booked someplace else, especially for when we arrived as we got to Geneva late in the evening so we were hoping a place to eat or have a drink. For a 4 star hotel to offer nothing but a room is very poor service. The hotel wasn’t even quiet to constitute a reason for the closure, it was actually busy. Furthermore, a lot of restaurants and bars are also usually closed in Geneva that time of year so why not take advantage. I cannot give more than 2/5 stars as hotel with that rating of stars cannot just offer a room alone.
