I cancelled this but the hotel charged me. The issue was on Orbitz / Expedias side as was a duplicate reservation. Then I couldn’t get anything but a bot from Orbitz. Nobody to help.
Air Conditioning was not working. They gave us a fan, but it was very hot. Hotel/staff were lovely outside of the air conditioning issue. No credit offered due to.
Tv multimedia system, multi coloured ambiance lighting are unique. We liked a lot. All staff are bery kind and helpful

The hotel is modern and has a young set up and atmosphere . The hotel team was friendly and took good care of us. Location is convenient, few minutes walk to the lake side. Good value .

Loved quiet area close to lake and transportation. Excellent and friendly staff, very helpful. Did not like that could not cool room well. Cigarette smell would come in window and one day was bad in hallway.
