The staff were helpful and friendly and the room was a good size, even for the budget option. As others have said, there was no salt/pepper/oil for cooking, only tea and coffee as found in the usual hotel room, but there was a fridge with small freezer compartment. They appear to have taken on board previous feedback as there was a spare bin bag, dishwasher tablet, and washing machine tablet for our use, in addition to dish soap and a cloth (although no tea towel). The room was clean, the furniture comfortable and in good condition, and the location was fantastic. The spa did have to be pre-booked and only for one hour per day but it was again clean and well maintained, with floats available for children. Luggage storage was free and we were able to check in an hour early for no additional fee. Overall, we had a lovely time and would stay again.

Rooms were clean, tidy and warm with decent facilities. The room was ready for us at 10am when we arrived which was a real bonus as we thought we couldn't check in whilst 4pm. Breakfast was a little busy but the food was nice, and the spa facility is great. A great stay and the staff are very helpful also...

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was well appointed, the bed very comfortable and going for breakfast was a joy as there were plenty of options of both hot & cold food. The dining area was cosy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and would return to this property again. Easy to walk into the centre of Gdansk by the path along the river. Very enjoyable experience. Loved Gdansk....

The apartment was in a fantastic location — an easy walk to the centre with plenty of restaurants, bars, and food options nearby, as well as great transport links. The area felt quiet and safe, the apartment itself was spacious and mostly very clean.

What statnds out is security of the apartments. Access to building is monitored and secure with fob/intercom. Clean and quiet environment inside the building and apartments. Relaxing view on nearby canal with boats, sup and kayak passing. A trivial tech issue occured solved within minutes. Worth mentioning spa and pool satisfying quality.

We missed the availability of a toaster and a microwave. It was difficult to prepare breakfast as the breakfast at the restaurant was £16. Also, the shower head kept falling down and the shower gel dispencer was not working properly.

We booked an apartment we loved the location it close to the centre, it did have a building site opposite but it didnt really both us. The apartment was clean and tidy but you had to pay for further cleans during your stay, we just kept on top of the cleanliness and it was fine. We loved the pool we enjoyed access to that nearly every day, the sauna and the steam room was very relaxing too. If we ever go back to Gdańsk we would book the same hotel

I am not sure why this place has 4 stars on Expedia! It is nice enough, the access to pool in a separate building is a good plus. Location is good. The information about the property says toiletries provided, note this is actually just a generic liquid soap and so do not expect the level you would fet in an actual 4 star property! The trek to the reception inna separate building is a psin so making it arduous to get basics like coffee and tea. Communication and politeness and helpfulness if reception staff is variable unfortunately.
