My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! Communication with the host was very good! Check in process was super easy. We arrived in the dark and were grateful the code worked with no problem and we easily loaded our stuff in the cabin. Very comfortable and cozy and it had everything we could possibly need. We saw a bear the first morning we were there! And the location was very close to everything. The hot tub worked great and was enjoyable! A couple things I learned once here... the cabin has stairs. I didn't realize that...perhaps it was mentioned and I overlooked it. No problem at all for us, but just wanted to mention that and the other thing was that this is in a log cabin community. Lots of cabins all around. I was glad that our parking was flat. Some of the cabins had steeper parking and again, I was glad we had flat parking. We definitely would stay here again.

Very disappointed. Cabin says it sleeps 6 but there were no sheets for the 2 sofa beds but they were covered with crumbs anyway so grossed us out! Only 4 chairs at the dining table also. Very lacking in outside furniture. 4 chairs on one deck and only 2 on hot tub deck. The ceiling was covered in what looked like black mold and so was the wall in one bathroom. Beds were comfortable and we did see bears. Would not recommend

Everything was great on our 3 night stay, looks like pictures and has everything you need. Host communicated well throughout our stay. Clean and cozy. Saw a mama bear and her two cubs in the tree right off the deck. Close to everything we wanted to do, hiking and downtown restaurants. Would book again!

The best!

We had a wonderful experience! The host was so attentive, extremely responsive, and clearly determined to make our stay perfect! The cabin itself was perfect. It had an amazing view on both decks, was very clean and spacious, and had plenty of extra towels and linens. It was perfect for the two of us, but had more than enough room for another couple if we had brought another two along. The community itself is quiet, safe, and well laid out. Could not recommend a stay here more!

Weekday Getaway

The house was beautiful, having the hot tub was wonderful and everything went smoothly. The house was a short drive away from Gatlinburg , and the drive there wasn’t too bad at all. It was such a fun experience!! I have no complaints.

Little gem

If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable place to recharge this is your place. Just a short drive to stores and downtown. Check in was simple and quick response from the owner!! My husband and I were celebrating wedding anniversary.... perfect for us!!

Perfect

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was so close to the sports complex we had a soccer tournament. Made the back and forth so easy to do. The cabin was great and we enjoyed the hot tub. Thank you for a wonderful weekend trip.

Good for location

Arrived about 5:30, smoke alarm started beeping at 7-ish. Guy arrives to change out batteries at 9:30. At 12:15 am, smoke alarm started beeping again. Needless to say, we did not get any sleep. Maintenance arrived next morning about 10, changed batteries again. A little over an hour as we were trying to take a nap (from lack of sleep), the smoke alarm beeped again. Maintenance came out again and changed batteries…alarm beeped again within 30 min. Management company’s response, “batteries go bad sometimes, we’ll replace and give you an extra 2 hours at check out”. I told them that it clearly was more than just batteries. Needless to say, they simply unplugged them. No compensation for no sleep the first night. Description and pictures show 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. They forget to mention that both bedrooms are downstairs and share a bath. The other full bath is on the main floor. Also, there is a fridge/freezer, but NO ice maker. So make sure to stop and get a bag of ice. The cabin needs a lot of TLC. If you have a small family and will always be “on the go”, then it probably would be fine. Otherwise, fine something else.

Get away

Wife and I needed a long weekend get away and this was perfect! Cabin was great and location was too! The whole booking process was so easy. Everyone we had contact with were extra nice especially Chris. Doing a Sunday to Wednesday made it very affordable and less crowded in Gatlinburg. Would definitely stay here again

Weekend get away

The house was great for our quick weekend get away for me and my husband. It was close to restaurants and grocery store. For our short stay we didn't do any cooking. But the Keurig was perfect for our morning coffee. The hot tub temp was great. It did have a musty smell prob needing chlorine or filter change. The bathroom downstairs did not get hot enough For our liking. None of these were deal breakers. We would definitely book again. Thanks for allowing us to book on short notice.

Great stay

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly as described in the property listing. Excellent communication by the host! Super efficient and very responsive. The description is serious when suggesting a 4 x 4 vehicle. If the weather was not good, those roads would be no joke! But fortunately, we had great weather and our minivan made the curvy, steep trip.
