Great place

I wanted to take my team (work) for a weekend trip to celebrate hitting some sales goals. Very Seay to check in, great communication and affordable. The Cabin is just what we needed to enjoy the mountains and have a great time. No complaints, highly recommended

Spring Break Trip

Cabin was well located in the mountains with wonderful views. The host was quick with responses if we had issues or concerns. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was enormous. There are two refrigerators, two ovens, and two microwaves. It was fully stocked with different pots, pans, crockpot, coffee makers, etc. We enjoyed the pool, hottub, ping pong and billiards table the most. We will definitely recommend and return!

Fun space!

Our family loved the ability to have separate space and fun shared space. The main level allowed Grammy to have few stairs for most of the day, morning/night. Our youngest teens loved the loft and being kids on the bunks (both even choose top single bunks lol and used the bottom bed to store items.) The lovely is the main floor so close to family gathering time also The second floor down our kids loved the poker table and those two rooms worked great, even though all beds were not needed. It was cool to look over at ping pong and talk down stairs as needed. We were “snowed in” two days, but that did not stop pool time (third floor down) and the teenagers loved the hot tub while watching it snow! They also loved the theatre room! Note, the roads were very taken care of. We were worried, but watched and saw how safe the neighborhood is taken care of even with two days of snowfall. The location is near downtown Gatlinburg and near pigeon forge (where you need to shop for groceries). You do need to bring your pool towels and seasoning for kitchen.

Huge Cabin with a great location.

It was just me and my 2 girls with Plenty of room for a large groups with lots of beds. They all seem to be Tempur-pedic mattresses and newer. There is plenty of amenities for everyone to enjoy for all ages..The host is great and answers questions quickly.The cabin is a few years older than the pictures shown and can been seen when walking around looking at everything. Also with that being said please when you book a place take good care of it, so others can have your same experience. I always leave a place better than i found it ,so we all can have beautiful places to stay and owners want mined sharing.The pool is heated but some may think it’s a little cold. Only 10 minute ride up the mountain if that and it was not bad roads where easy for us!Thanks…

Our grandson said this was the best mansion ever! Clean, spacious and the owner thought of everything. Extra blankets were large and warm. We had two minor things that were address immediately by Paola who was outstanding from time of securing property until we left. I highly suggest this property, it will NOT disappoint!

Great for our family of 15

We had 8 adults and 7 children from ages 6-13 and all thought it was the best place I have ever rented for our group From a practical point of view what I liked wax two large refrigerators, two stoves and two microwaves since we were there for our Thanksgiving meal. Plenty of dishes and seats around the table and island. The kids and adults loved the I door pool because it was quite cold outside which did limit some of our activities. We also loved the hot tub and the temperature was perfect for us. TVs in the bedrooms but we didn’t use them but rather the large tv in the living area. We also enjoyed the media room where the kids watched Christmas movies. A bonus that we didn’t know was going to be a hit was the poker table. We taught the kids blackjack ( good for their addition and learning probability) and they loved it We had a couple of minor issues and the management company was right on top of it including bring pool cue sticks over on Thanksgiving Day. A very responsive team Thanks for the memories

Great cabin

We spent a weekend at this cabin and it was pretty good! Location was great and host was very responsive. However upon arriving one of the toilets wasn’t working, the host called the plumber who came within 2 hours, but couldn’t get the replacement part until the next day. The cabin could’ve been cleaner, there was a lot of dust on furniture and dirt and hair that wasn’t ours on the floor. Regardless we had a pretty great stay and it was a lot of fun. Also got to see some bears

Perfect for all ages

We came down to celebrate parents 50th wedding anniversary. Multiple families, multiple kids. Something for everyone to do. Close to all the attractions. We were able to see bears every day. Easy check in and check out. Responsive host. Only thing I would change would be more towels for showers.

Nice place for our family to gather

This is a nice place that has a lot to offer(movie theater, hot tub, game areas, etc.). You don’t have to leave the cabin and there something for ALL ages. Only critique is that it’s high in the mountains so it’s not ideal for inexperienced drivers but the views…priceless.

A great PLACE to stY in

We went there as 3 Families with kids. It was so much fun for every one. 3 nights went buy so fast. Kids had so much fun playing and swimming. As as adults we enjoyed the View and the place it self. It was big enough for us and we will go there again. Paola was very helpful.

Amazing!

Paola was incredibly responsive and easy to get ahold of. The property was very clean and had almost anything you could think of for the stay. Only 10 minutes from Gatlinburg so easy down and back. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space for the whole group to spread out and not be on top of each other.

Renter Beware

This house is not at all in the shape the pictures show it to be in. The pictures posted must be when the house was first built. 1) We hired a personal chef for the week and they have had to bring their own pots and pans. The ones in this home are inadequate to say the least. 2) The floors are so dirty that everyone’s feet or socks are black. Given the fact that they requested the age of all the guests and therefore knew we had 5 children under the age of five. 3) The pool is supposed to be heated and it was freezing. The hot tub was cold when we got there. I called and was told to flip a switch. That worked for 2 days then it was also cold. 4) They do not provide pool towels. The towels they do provide are inadequate for the number of guests we have paid for. Then they request we not wash them. We had to wash them to have enough to bathe and be in the pool and hot tub. 5)The washer and dryer are horrible and will not wash or dry appropriately. We had to dry towels in the sauna. 6) The putt putt area is a wreck! There were wine glasses and beer cans in the area when we arrived. There is grass growing through the “greens” which are torn in many areas. 7) The felt on the pool table is torn up and that makes it impossible to play a good game of pool. 8) There is a huge black bear that lives under the house. Neat to see but definitely a hazard. When I finally had time to send all of this to the owner I was told I had 24 hours to file a complaint. Wow!!
