I enjoyed the space and the kitchen. The beds were comfortable as well. I just wish I knew that the fire pit didn’t work and that the big spaces area was not connected to the house, I mean that I wish you could get to it by not going outside to get to it, because it was really too cool no thermostat for the area. But I give the place a 8. I like that the owners was reachable if needed. They were nice.

The house is beautiful and the drive up to the house is paved. Have a great view of the mountains. Would have liked bigger pans and baking sheets due to family sized meals. I would have liked or preferred a separate thermostat for downstairs(is a private room). Appliances worked great and were up to date. Washer and dryer seemed new or recently upgraded. We did have a bear greet us the third day we were there, the bear just came up alongside the fence and went on its way. It was a cool experience. Batteries needed replaced in the remote in bedroom closet to carport. Some extra towells hidden in a closet somewhere would have also been good. We really enjoyed the house and would definitely stay there again. Just some minor inconveniences that are easily fixed. Also the beds were comfortable and we slept great!

The cabin was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen is well-stocked. We loved the views from the deck and had plenty of room in the cabin. Communication with the owner was easy. My only issue would be that the towels are very thin and should be replaced.

Perfect Getaway Stay

The property was clean and ready to use. Most of your basic needs are provided to start out. It is close enough to town, yet peaceful and quiet! If you have children staying, the down stairs is not connected to the main floor, you have to go outside to access it. Which was a con for us, the kids could not stay downstairs on the bunk beds. The air hockey table in the listing is no longer there, and there is a tree in the middle of the view that could be trimmed so the full view can be seen, as seen in the listing. Overall we were happy with our stay and the host was very responsive! I included a view from the middls of the deck and one from the side.

We had an amazing time! Everything was great, the ONLY thing we weren’t expecting was that the game room was “separate” from the rest of the house. Meaning you had to go out the door and down the stairs to get to it, and with three little kids it was a bit much since there was a bear around. We didn’t realize ahead of time. Other than that, everything was perfect. We loved that we were away from town, but close enough to get a pizza delivered (which was delicious btw). Check in and out was smooth and easy. Communication same. Highly recommend!

We had a good time. The view was lovely. The fire place wasn't operational which was part of the whole reason we booked this place for our family Thanksgiving. For the amount of money we paid we would have been better off picking a place over by the mountain top. Very quiet and away from the hustle if you want a quiet place.

Truly Heavenly!!

We had the best weekend in this cabin! Keith is very responsive and made sure our trip was going smoothly! Very thankful for the pack n play and the highchair that was set up for us. There was a broken swivel chair outside but it was still able to be sat in carefully! The views are breathtaking and a very well taken care of house! We would love to come back!

Great Stay!

This property was great and enjoyed by my entire family! So comfortable and just as listed. Also not too far up the mountain if you’re scared of driving up those winding roads like I am. The game room is not attached to the home if that matters to you but was fine for us. We just didn’t let the kids sleep down there alone. Overall great, had all the amenity necessary and clean! Would definitely come back. Thanks for helping us make great family memories.

Week in TN

The house was exactly as described. The game room was perfect for my college children to stay in. We saw a bear on our first night! Views were amazing and we enjoyed the back porch in the evenings. The hot tub was perfect after long hikes in the Smokey’s. We enjoyed many local attractions and the location made that easy. The host responded immediately when we had some questions. I like highly recommend and would love to return in the future!

Great house in Gatlinburg

Great house overall, great location, beautiful views. Only minor issues were no soap or shampoo supplied so we had to go purchase those. The upstairs shower also leaked onto the bed of one of the bedrooms one night but we called the owner who was very responsive to aim the shower less against the rear of the shower, and he said he was going to fix.

Wonderful Summer Stay!

We loved Heavenly Views cabin so much, we wish we would have stayed longer! We loved walking into the cabin for the first time to music of “Rocky Top Tennessee” playing. Cabin was the perfect size for our 2 families (4 adults, 2 teens, 1 kid, 1 toddler). Beds were all extremely comfortable. Cabin was super clean. We cooked dinners at the cabin and found every appliance and cooking tool we needed. Hot tub was wonderful to wind down after long days exploring Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The game room was enjoyed by adults and kids alike. We swam in one of the property pools. It’s nothing fancy, but it gets the job done to cool off. Loved the sightings of the Mama Bear and 3 cubs that live in the area! Keith was a fantastic host and very gracious with our questions. Looking at some of Keith’s other properties in the area for our next trip to the mountains!

Beautiful View!

The views from this property absolutely cannot be beat! We enjoyed being away the city and relaxing together with our extended family. The large deck with comfortable outdoor seating and the hot tub were definite “pluses” of this property. The sunroom is also super cozy! Kitchen was large, well stocked with needed items and the home is very inviting. The King suite upstairs is very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Communication with the owners was superb! I do wish that the downstairs game area could have been accessed from within the home…our pre-teens were all set to sleep downstairs until night rolled around and they were apprehensive to be so far away from the others. Gatlinburg isn’t far if you are looking for activities during the day.

Family Trip

This cabin was perfect for our trip! The only thing about the cabin we would have changed was if the kids arcade and bunk area had an indoor stairwell/connection to the main cabin. Our kids were too young to have to walk outside at night to come get us if needed! Besides that, the cabin was perfect, and we were able to get videos of our bear visitors that came by while we were out one day from the cabin owners, which our kids really enjoyed seeing! Highly recommend!
