The door code did not work and we did not hear back from the host regarding this until 5:00AM the next day. Fortunately we were able to find a phone number (not provided in the material received from host) and get the code reset, but had we not been able to locate a phone # we would have been locked out our first night. There were multitudes of issues with the unit and communication has to be initiated through a chat which took hours to get an automated response. We were forced to spend most of our getaway babysitting the house dealing with or waiting on service people, not enjoying the area as we had planned. So many things were broken or unusable including but not limited to the AC units and the fans. We were so uncomfortable that we left before check-out. All in all a horrible experience. Would never rent from this host again. Many issues could have been overlooked but the lack of real communication was a deal breaker.
