This hotel is clean, well-priced, and at a convenient location. All staff we talked to were friendly and it was just a nice, basic place to stay. The only negative for me was the air conditioning unit being very loud, but I have no other complaints.

I always stay here when i go to gatlinburg. They did have a hot breakfast which I miss but the employees are always sweet and helpful. In the 20 more times I ve stayed my room has always been clean.its the best location..never have to pay for parking everything is within walking distance! Plus the rooms are large!
