The property was advertised as “new” it’s not at all new. The HVAC unit on the top floor was not working, we advised our host of the situation, he claimed it was fixed, it was not. I contacted him the following day and again advised him that it wasn’t working. He said he have a repairman come out and fix it they did come while we were there. The temperature Sunday night thru Wednesday night was extremely cold and there was not on the top floor.. my grandchildren had to sleep on the sofas on the main floor due the lack of heat on the top floor. I didn’t pay that amount of money to have my grand children to have to sleep on sofas. I’m not at all happy with the lack of attention by our host.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 5 bed, 5.5 bath cabin in Gatlinburg! Our group was in town for a cheer competition, and the cabin was absolutely perfect for our needs. There was more than enough space for everyone to spread out comfortably, and having a bathroom for each bedroom made getting ready stress-free—especially with competition schedules.The cabin was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The layout worked great for both relaxing and group time, and the location was convenient to Gatlinburg while still feeling private and peaceful. After long days at the competition, it was so nice to come back to such a comfortable and welcoming place.The host was responsive and helpful, and the entire stay was seamless from check-in to check-out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this cabin for large families or groups traveling for events.

Really a 4.5. This location was great, the place was clean, and the house and views were gorgeous. It just was slightly lacking in supplies. No playing cards, no hand soap in some bathrooms and kitchen, not enough towels, especially for having a hot tub. Overall, it was great and we would definitely rent again.

Great cabin. Very clean. Plenty of room for our 12 family members. Loved the deck with fire place and black stone grill. Plenty of parking for our 5 cars. At times it was a little tricky to get out of the driveway. This is the second time we have stayed here and we all love it!

This is our second time staying in this cabin. We absolutely love it! The hot tub/pool is an added bonus. Only negative is not enough trash bags or dishwasher pellets and no hand soap in restrooms. Will remember to bring next time.

What an amazing cabin! There is plenty of room for your group to spend time together or to spread out! The first thing you will notice is the amazing kitchen! It is well stocked with everything you might need during your stay. The outdoor space is lovely - covered for comfort! The grill was such a great treat for our group of 7! Much easier to cook on a grill for a big group. There is plenty of inside and outside seating for everyone. With a big main level master and 1/2 bath on the main, three ensuites upstairs and the two doubles and bath downstairs, everyone will have a place for rest. The swim spa with its own indoor space, it a luxury. Ready for you no matter the weather! There's even a mini-split to keep it cool and comfortable. The enormous swim spa/hot tub makes sure everyone has a seat to soak and relax. The location is perfect for getting into downtown Gatlinburg. We love to walk the strip (something you can't do in Pigeon Forge) and find great stores and restaurants! And, maybe even a few moonshine tastings! It's not far to get into the park - a couple of our guys did some fly fishing during the trip! Five out of the seven in our group saw bears at and around the cabin! Be sure to keep an eye out! And, of course, lock your cars! We had a bear stand up and try to open the door of one of our cars! The host is extremely responsive to all questions and concerns (though we had none). You will not regret booking this place for your vacation!

House is beautiful and you couldn’t ask for a better view. However, I do think the listing should include something about the narrow and steepness of the driveway. Being in the mountains, the turnaround in the driveway is small. You could not do it with something like a big SUV.

Property was the excellent size for our family of 9. Great location, close to the town but not right downtown so wildlife sightings were great. Close to the smokey mountain park and all attractions.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin! It was the perfect place for our Girls trip. We were sad that we didn’t get to see any bears, but the location was great. We were so close to downtown and enjoyed our time in the area. Highly recommend!

Overall a good property

Overall a good property. Be ready with steep uphill drive to property. Utilities provided were very limited and quantities should be improved keeping in mind that this is property for 5 Bedrooms where 10 adults can stay. Property should really think about need of 10 adults for 4 days ( we stayed for 4 nights) and accordingly provide towels or else change every other day at least). Same thing about Kitchen Towels as well other items in kitchen.Best part was Bears coming everyday to property front yard.

Beautiful House!

We had a wonderful vacation in the Smoky Mountains and this house was perfect for our family trip! The bathrooms for each of the 5 bedrooms worked out great for our family. Nice big kitchen that accommodated us and really nice balcony areas with great views. Highly recommend!

Nice for a couple nights

The location of the property is very convenient although the drive to the house is extremely steep and probably would be made more difficult in the dark or with snow. The setup of the house was great. Most of our time was spent in the kitchen/dining area as a group. We did enjoy the decks, especially the fireplace. It was our central gathering spot in the evenings. The beds were definitely the biggest disappointment - for everyone. There's no way I could have spent another night there. There are cheap waterproof mattress covers on the beds which made sleeping awful. They felt like you were laying on a rubber sheet, making you hot and uncomfortable all night. I'm not sure why they used those type of covers. We have waterproof ones on our beds at home, but they're not plastic-y feeling at all. I wouldn't stay there again unless that was changed.The walls were pretty thin in the rooms so it felt like our friends were in our bathroom with us, which was weird. Fortunately the couple who stayed in the bedroom off the kitchen are early-risers, otherwise, they would have been woken up by the first person in the kitchen each morning. The hot tub was a nice amenity, although we didn't really get in. The pool table was nice for the guys to enjoy while the ladies put their feet in the hot tub nearby. Overall, the place is nice, but I wouldn't stay more than a couple days with the sleeping situation.

Beautiful Cabin

We stayed for our Family's Christmas .. Beautiful Cabin , so much room , LOCATION is Perfect close to Downtown Gatlinburg.. HAD EVERYTHING we needed to Enjoy our stay .. The Hot Tub / Pool was AMAZING and so BIG !! So many Beautiful BEARS Visited every day !! Owner was very and accommodating!! Loved it will stay here again !!! Ty

Family vacation

Beautiful place & accommodations are great. Love that each bedroom has it’s on bathroom accessibility. The only negative thing I have at all is that there very little lighting in the bedrooms & some of bathrooms have no light at all over the sink so it’s extremely difficult to do hair & makeup! Would definitely stay again!!!!!

Bear fun in Gatlinburg

Host was great with communication. The property has enough space for 4 cars but there is also another driveway on the side. Inside was nice but the outdoor living space was amazing. The Blackstone grill was perfect for 3 pounds of bacon and the ribeye steaks! And the outdoor fireplace was amazing. The location close to town made it convenient my only disappointment was the view…no far off mountains rather just the hills with more properties on them, however we had mama bear and her two cubs visit several times a day! It was awesome to see them and their path…they were even there in the evening. We had 10 people and there were 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths, so perfect. Upstairs living area would have been a little small for any more people. Kitchen counter space was a bit tight but we brought an extra table to hold all our stuff as we decided we would be cooking all meals in. The indoor pool/spa was also very nice and although I am not a fan of hot tubs, the ones who used it thought it was amazing. It was very clean throughout the cabin. I would stay here again and would definitely recommend this cabin to others.
