This was an amazing property to stay out to go to Disneyland. There is a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes back-and-forth and is very reliable. It is not very expensive. The staff at this hotel is extremely friendly and it is definitely geared toward families. The breakfast in the morning is robust and it’s nice to have the little happy hour reception in the evening. The pool is decent enough and the gym is nice as well. The rooms are big and comfortable.

Our O.C. visit

We were adults and had a reservation for two rooms. We loved the size and layout and the beds were very comfortable. However, our room refrigerator was set on off and and any ice had melted so when you opened the refrigerator door water poured out on the floor. The other room's heating and cooling system did not work. Also found the room iron was left in the sink with water in it. The hotel was filled with noisy children running everywhere. Hard at times to get to our elevator. We chose this hotel because we wanted to be close to Down Town Disney and on good experiences in the past with Embassy Suites hotels in other locations. This experience was a disappointment to us and not a place we would recommend or visit again. The one bright light in all of this was the check-in counter staff. They were always friendly and very accomdating. 5 stars to them all ***** The hotel was very noisy and very cold, both in look and temperature. Miss the warmth of the old models. The breakfast buffet was nice but lot of the foods were not kept warm enough. Not very impressed.

Just an outstanding hotel. Breakfast was perfect, rooms were perfect and staff was perfect. Loved the evening reception with drinks and appetizers. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Shuttle to Disneyland is out front, cheap and quick method for getting the family to and from the parks. Will definitely be rebooking here if our adventures bring us back to Anaheim

Requested pillow an towels at check in a little extra was informed they would take too room never did, also customer in front of me got complimentary water we didnt get offer, no shampoo or conditioner in the room and also mini fridge disnt work nothing was done about it when asked, also no high chair for baby at breakfast area
