An amazing stay at the Most Amazing Place

Everyone in our group loved this property. We wish it had one more bunk bed room, but other than that it was perfect for our large group. The deck has a wonderful view of Bear Lake, and it is just a few minutes from town. The pickleball court was especially enjoyable, and the kids loved the indoor trampoline / climbing wall / foam pit room.

Family Fall stay

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property! The grandkids love the trampoline/foam pit room and we all loved the hot tub, especially after the bike ride around the lake! There’s plenty of room for our family to spread out.

Absolutely Fabulous

First, the owner was wonderful to work with. Kind and very prompt in responding to all of my questions. The house was beautiful in all ways. Lots of room for everyone and very comfortable bedrooms. We were coming from many locations and there was plenty of room to park our cars and a boat. The trampoline room and family room down stairs with the theater were favorites with our grandchildren and parents alike. Eating on the patio with the gorgeous view was also wonderful and we enjoyed the large lawn area below for various games. The difference in air temps between upstairs and down was a bit tricky to monitor (when it was cool upstairs it was freezing down) - but we were able to find the balance after a couple of days. After leaving we discovered an important item was left behind and the cleaning service staff were so kind on working with us in retrieving it. Highly Recommend this property!

Great House for Large Groups

There were 17 of us, all generations! Great house, plenty of room for everyone. Kids loved the trampoline room! Great location for winter sports. A few problems with hot tub, and the washing machine. House was clean but could use a good deep clean sometime soon. We would definitely rent again someday.

Labor Day Get Away

This was a seamless experience. The place was ready and waiting for us. It was as advertised. It was well decorated and in a beautiful location with a view of the lake and just off the main highway. The indoor recreation room was a big hit for all ages. It is large enough to accommodate 6 couples with their own room and a bunk room for the kids. Large gathering areas for eating and socializing. Quick communications with the owner. I highly recommend this place. It was perfect for our extended family vacation.

Garden City

There were 25 of us including two infants. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for dining. The sports court was used many hours for pickle ball and the little kids loved the trampoline room and sleeping together in the bunk room. The lake access was a short drive but a longish walk when the gate to the beach access was locked. Fun to get raspberry shakes in the evenings and to relax in the hot tub. Internet was awful. Could only stream on one tv. Plan on bringing a hotspot if you need to work. I didn’t go on vacation to work or watch tv so I’d definitely stay there again.

Great place for a ski trip, but mediocre wifi when trying to work

Overall this was a great place for a group of friends on a ski trip. The trampoline room was a blast, and the place was really clean and well maintained. The only con was that some people in the group were working remotely during the day and the wifi wasn’t strong enough for multiple people working. The owner was responsive and helped with resetting the modem, which improved it, but still not ideal for remote work.

Beautiful home near Bear Lake

The property was beautiful and Thurmond was a great host. We had a couple of issues during our stay, but he was quick and helpful with his response. We had most everything we needed—our only suggestions would be providing bigger pots and pans for larger groups as well as a few large serving bowls.

Bounce room was a hit!

We loved the home and our stay and had plenty of room! We had everything we needed and it was so nice. Loved the hot tub! If we’d stayed longer we would’ve tried harder to regulate the air conditioner by closing vents downstairs etc. , it was COLD downstairs. Wish the walls were a little thicker, felt like we could hear a lot when in our room. We had sound machines so it was all good. Would definitely stay there again!
