Room had no carpet which I like. Floors needed to be cleaned desperately. Walked across floor barefoot and when I steped into tub left black crude on bottom of tub. Once ready to get dressed I had to wash the crud off my feet again and dry my feet before putting on socks and shoes to walk around the room. Other than that hotel and staff were very nice.

We asked for a room on the upper most floor and were placed on the second floor, one of the lowest floors. We had a view but it was obstructed by another building and power lines. The room was noisy with sounds like people moving furniture and dropping things on the floor up until about 11pm. On a positive note, the room was nice and it was convenient to have a balcony with chairs. The hotel is a fairly new build so it looked nice, both the lobby and room. Staff were friendly.

Staff was great. But there is no room cleaning. There isn’t even towel service unless you go to the desk. Place was clean but water pressure was horrible. Had to run around to get wet. Included breakfast was pretty skimpy.
