Our stay was good, but we had a few things that could have been avoided if there was proper maintenance for the place. We received several emails saying check in is at 4, do not arrive earlier. We arrived at 4:20, and the cleaners were still cleaning the house. We finally got in around 4:40, the floors were wet from mopping. The A/C was not working and it was very hot in the house. The management company sent a repair man who came and replaced the batteries for the thermostat. The A/C worked, but it took a couple of hours to get the temperature down. The microwave and coffee maker did not work. We went to walmart and bought our own coffee maker. The fridge had a broken shelf. We had no communication with an actual "owner", all the communication was with different people from a management company who clearly was nowhere near the house to check on it regularly and make sure it was ready to be leased. Also, when we booked the house they insisted on knowing exactly how many people we had and the reason for our staying there, would not accept vacation as an answer. When we told them we had 19 people including children, they said it is going to be tight, even though the house is advertised to fit 20 people. Overall we had a good time, the fit was just fine, the management company allowed us to check out 2 hours later than normal checkout time because of all the problems.
