Check in was easy because I had done it prior online. Ask for extra pillows as requested online, but received the reply at check in it was not possible because the housekeeping closet was locked, and front desk personnel ( solo staff) dd not have a key. ????I have never been to any hotel or motel for that matter where one could not get extra pillows. Wow

Clean, AC was a little noisy, hot breakfast included, nothing special. At the time we were there, the pool was under the renovation and not working. They told us about on the day of the checking in.
