Okay

The place was clean and easy to get to. Check-in was smooth. The photos are from a while ago and don't reflect the property's current condition. The place needs some TLC. That said, it was a good trip, and the kids had fun playing ping-pong.

Comfortable house

House was big enough to sleep 14, beds were comfortable and house was clean. Great communication with the host, had to advise the host of several repairs that needed to be made and he was open to the information. My family enjoyed their stay but was unable to swim due to the red ants surrounding the pool.

Great time!

We were in for our daughter's wedding. The home was surprisingly roomie! Two upstair sections and so many sleeping options so everyone could be comfortable. Our wedding venue was 10 minutes away in Valley View, so it was a perfect location too! Everything was so welcoming and clean and tidy!

Great house, needs updates

Beautiful property. House was great and perfect for what we needed. The pool was well kept. A couple things were broken and we had to buy a couple things for the house. Our host was very easy to get in touch with and it was an overall great stay.

Clean property and

The pictures especially of the backyard look different than in person. The other pictures made it seem more open it was still good for us in the kitchen was great but there was a few oddities. Stairwell bannisters were loose, in this heat it would have been nice that they but the air conditioning on because it took hours to cool down. The lights in the living room are attached to the switch for the ceiling fan so the track lighting you couldn't turn off. The bedrooms, bathrooms and other areas were clean and very comfortable. Overall, it was perfect for what we needed.

Great GirlFriends Retreat

Peaceful and chill place!

Nice house with a lot of spaces to chill and gather. Rooms are plenty to spread out. The pool is a nice touch to relax as well. Beautiful trees up front and plenty to gaze at! Property Manager was responsive. as per other comments the pictures don't do it justice, it looks much nicer in real life!

The house and property were very nice. I think it had more bedrooms/beds than listed which we could have used for additional family members. The code for the front door did not work and took a couple hours to resolve.

Great stay

Just as advertised and well appointed. Smoke detector was beeping upon arrival. Since there are not any stores nearby to buy a replacement 9V maybe consider stocking some in the home. It was wedding weekend so we didn’t have time to reach out to the property manager to help out.

Family travels to Texas for Wedding

Comfortable beds & peaceful area made for great rest. Kitchen nicely equippef; kidsWell paved roads minimal traffic made getting about a breeze. Gainesville is a good town to visit.

The picture doesn’t justice the area of this place. We were 14 people still the house was big. This house is spacious and very nice. We had a pleasant stay. The neighborhood was peaceful, best place to stay during the holidays to spend time with your loved ones. The hosts were great and easy to communicate with. We used the house for family to stay at for a wedding. Mother of the bride used the kitchen to finish preparing the wedding cakes and dessert bar goodies. She brought a lot of kitchen tools from home, but the house was stocked well. There was a dollar general within 5 minutes for a few things we forgot. Overall our stay was fabulous. Plenty of room for everyone, and serperate hang out spaces to give mom room to work, and kids room to play out of her way! We stayed a couple days after the wedding to relax and enjoy the house amenities. Everything was perfect. We never needed to contact the host, so unsure how quick response would have been. No cell service for Tmobile, or AT&T, but wifi was good and strong at the house. Overall a fabulous place, and perfect for our wedding staging needs. Would recommend!

Stayed for a wedding at a local events center

We came into town and needed a place to stay with our family for a wedding that was 15 minutes away. The location was great. Very peaceful and the house was very clean. we had our kids with us and I love how they had all of the games in the garage and even some up in the upstairs room. We spent our mornings on the back patio watching the kids swim. The only recommendation would be to get a few more full length mirrors for large groups coming into town for events :) very clean property and the property manager was very easy to reach and very prompt!

Perfect family hang-out

First impressions from the outside do not do this home justice. I had seen pictures, but not the blueprint. We had extended family staying in town for a wedding with a wide range of ages. This home could not have been more perfect. Lots of bedrooms and sleeping options - spread throughout the house for privacy and peace and quiet. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Beautiful kitchen with all needed ammenities (in all rooms - thanks for the first aid kits and other thoughtful details!! - and plenty of towels/pool towels, etc). Pool was (of course) the favorite, but the garage game room and arcade game were also popular. Area was peaceful and quiet. Just a wonderful, relaxing, beautiful place to call "home" while we were in the area. Our biggest issue was consistently recognizing the driveway, which we all got good at during the stay. Our host was very helpful. Instructions for check-in, check-out, and house care were very clear and easy. I felt like I communication was excellent. Our stay here could not have been more delightful. Thanks so very much for sharing this home and making our stay perfect.

Great Family Getaway

The property and management team were fantastic. We had plenty of room for all 9 adults and 3 kids to spread out and be comfortable. We spent a good deal of the weekend in the beauties pool, but also had plenty of room to relax inside. The management team was great. Shortly after arriving the smoke defector started beeping. They sent someone within 10 minutes to address it. Also, we left a piece of jewelry at the property and they recovered it and met us closer to home to pick it up. The home was clean and included all the amenities we needed for the weekend. Would definitely go back and recommend for groups to enjoy a fun time together.
