The reason for the bad rate was that the room that was given to me was nasty. The rug was dirty and the bed sheet had a stain on it and the room door wouldn't shut correctly. I checked in at 3 pm on February the 7th and checked out February 7th at around 7 pm there's no way i was sleeping in a bed that had a stain on the sheets. I didn't stay at the hotel and I'm asking for a refund.

The room was fine. It was the television. At first we couldn't get it to move from the hotel screen. After numerous efforts and support from the staff, we were able to change the channels. Well, then the volume on the remote didn't work. Got a new termite, still no volume. Hotel would have refunded me so.e, but since the room was booked by you, what are you going to do to make me a happy customer?
