Location: Hakata is not like Osaka or Tokyo, very quiet streets, from a 10/10 traffic with two big cities, you’ll see it being a 2/10 all day. Location is dead on right outside a station. Easy access, 711 and restaurant and grocery right at its reach. However, going to site see and shopping isnt like as fast as tokyo or osaka, still easy access. Hotel: Super grand, my partner and I felt like we were in the movie “home alone 2.” The hotel service, entrance, and itself has so many restaurants INSIDE! It was amazing. Room: HUGE, only hotel i could lay out 2 fullsize luggage. Clean, bed was great. Bath was big. Cleanliness was spectacular. Easy recommendations for me and my partner

The staff at reception was friendly and tried their best to communicate. However, our welcome drinks was not mentioned at all during check-in and throughout our stay and the rooms were pretty dated. The lobby was nice. The room was in poor condition and worst of the beds were very narrow. They expect 2 adults to fit on a bed 110 cms wide.

Excellent. We got a big room. 4 futon and 2 bed for 4 of us to choose. I enjoy the bed while my fam used the futon. 2 toilets and 1 bath room. Amazing. Location is good, walkable to shopping areas. Breakkfast options in hotel very good too.
