Ugh where do I start, this hotel was Amazing! The owners were exceptional very helpful and accommodating. The room was beautiful and not to mention IMMACULATE! Clean room, kitchen, living room, the bed was amazing, best sleep in a hotel by far! Even Though we don’t have pets, the hotel is pet friendly ❤️. Amazing beach front view! We will definitely be returning. Definitely recommend for a get away! Amazing clean property!

Very quaint hotel, perfect view of the Gulf, easy walk to the beach, great mini kitchen, and utensils. Walls a little thin in living area, can hear talking, noone was too loud. Large balcony with seats plus a gorgeous Gulf view and a spacious front porch with great seating for evening sun. Truly a lovely place and newly decorated, upgrades very stylish.

The room was clean and very comfortable. I had a beautiful view of the beach and the Gulf. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were fantastic! This felt more like staying with friends as everyone was so kind! I will be back. I stumbled on this place by accident and now can’t wait until I can return!!

The property and décor at The Breeze are stunning—modern, upscale, yet beachy and effortlessly cool. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom’s rainfall shower had perfect water pressure. Even without a closet, we easily organized our things using the drawers and living room space, and the room still felt spacious. The front patio is large, and the private back patio offers beautiful beach views. Private beach access made getting to the water easy, and the softly lit path at night was a thoughtful touch. The kitchenette was well equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, cooktop, dishes, and cookware—perfect for simple meals. What truly made our stay special was the hospitality. The owners were incredibly kind and even offered us their personal golf cart so our boys could still enjoy riding along the beach. We also had the chance to try Ralph’s shrimp penne pasta one evening, and it was delicious. One night he even had the fire pit going so the boys could make s’mores, which made for a really special memory. The Breeze has a relaxed yet luxurious atmosphere, and it’s clear the owners are creating something really special. We’re so grateful for such a wonderful stay. Bonus: St. Patrick’s weekend happened to fall during our Spring Break, so we also got to enjoy the Surfside parade benefiting first responders—our boys had a blast collecting beads and candy.

We had such a relaxing and amazing stay at Breeze Beach Front in Surfside Beach, Texas. We booked Room #6 for our family of four, and it was perfect for us. The room had a comfortable king-size bed and a convertible sofa bed with a beautiful beach view. The patio was absolutely stunning, it directly overlooked the beach and the Gulf of America. Waking up to that view was truly refreshing. The room was nice and clean, and we really appreciated the mini cooktop, complete utensils, plates, bowls, cups, cookware, refrigerator, and microwave. It made our stay even more convenient and comfortable. They also offer RV parking, which is a great option for travelers. The location is perfect ,nearby restaurants are just minutes away. It’s pet-friendly and kid-friendly, which made it even more ideal for our family trip. The owner was very kind and accommodating, regularly checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. That personal touch made a big difference. We will surely come back!
