There were stains on sheets and handprints in headboard. The keys did not work. Therefore if we were needing to get inside room in a hurry, we would not be able to get in. It took minutes to get into room. The fire detector was missing. When we told the front desk attendant, he said that it wasn’t their fault and the keys mess up all the time due to the weather and if the keys were near other electronics….when shown the stains he said “oh yea, those are stains”. Find somewhere else to stay for cleanliness and safety.
