Whiskery Ginger Review
10/10 stay. Host was very nice and checked in on us. We had a group come in to run the Outlaw Half Marathon and it was perfect for our group size. The backyard and outdoor area in general was a big win for us. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

Great Stay at The Whiskey Ginger!!
We took the kids to visit Enchanted Rock for spring break. ( We make this trip every year!) The whiskey Ginger was just a short 20 minute drive from there into beautiful downtown Fredericksburg, where we love to spend the day walking the downtown area with so much to do and see! The house was easy to find and included everything you could need for your stay! The kids absolutely loved the outdoor area and fire pit for s'mores! The rooms are very comfortable and clean! We would definitely consider the Whiskey Ginger for our future trips to Fredericksburg!!

Nice Property, but No Hot Water
The house was very cute and the beds were really comfortable. Communication could be improved on. I sent a question upon booking and never received a response back. At day of booking, I didn’t receive check in instructions and had to message the host. I received a response back after reaching out for instructions but never regarding my question sent before.
There was no hot water, so some did not want to shower. For the price we paid, I would expect everything to be working perfectly otherwise provide a credit for the inconvenience.
I reached out to the host about the water and he said he would have maintenance look into it, that doesn’t help me post stay. I don’t think I would not stay at this one again. There are several others that I have stayed at that are more reasonable and have hot water.
