We particularly enjoyed the end unit with extra windows that allowed us view of the area and made for a bright, cheery room. Lisa was there in the lobby at check-in and made all the difference with her friendly assistance with keys. She is a good ambassador for the property. We intend to stay again and we live only 2 miles away!

A wonderful jewel in Fredericksburg! Perfect for people comfortable with tech and uncomfortable with the front desk experience. Quiet, so expect a tight lid on noise. Pet friendly too. Super close to shipping and dining. Friendly staff checks in on any problems and offers quick solutions to any issues. Will definitely book again!

Very clean and spacious rooms. Building was quiet. I didn't go to the other building for breakfast or amenities but I have been in there before and it's really nice. Plenty of parking and very close to grocery stores and restaurants.

As a senior, I had difficulty checking in. Room was fine, but the sheets for the sofa bed were not clean (had a stain that did not come out even after we washed them). There was not stopper for the kitchen sink. We could not easily control the room temperature because the thermostat was program and could not get it to over ride. Tour of the apartment complex was good, so now have a good understanding of facilities for my daughter, a possible future resident.

Yes, room was spotless. When I asked for assistance with front door, staff seemed as if I interrupted her. Everything else was extremely nice and would have been excellent EXCEPT I could not get the room thermostat to warm up the room. It was a rather cold night and the curtains kept out most of the cold. Yes, I could have called again, but I was too tired to deal with her attitude. Oh! I loved having a coffee pot to have hot coffee so I could warm up on Saturday morning, better coffee would have been a giant plus.

The room was clean and huge. There were some glitches between my phone and the keyless entry system. The virtual front desk person was nice enough though. The building was in an isolated area and smelled strongly of weed. Trusted my gut and went to another hotel nearby. Would not recommend this one to my fellow women traveling alone.

This hotel is at convenient location across the street from Wegmans and a Walmart up the street. I was extremely impressed with our stay! You can tell this place takes pride in making sure everyone has a great stay. I let them know ahead of check in that I wanted we to be on the lowest level possible due to heights and having two young children. They put our room in the perfect spot (205) with no one under us to complain about our toddlers running back and forth. When we go in the room it not only had ample space but it was clean and beautiful. There was multiple usb outlets throughout, washer and dryer, and a dish washer. I saw zero signs of pests. The beds were very comfortable. They made sure the room was stocked with plenty of linen along with dishwasher pods. It also comes with dish ware. Breakfast is at the apartment complex behind the hotel. We weren’t there 3 times and some of the things they serve are Greek yogurt, cheese sticks, fresh fruit, a waffle maker, breakfast empanadas, breakfast taquitos, cereal, bagel, muffins and much more. This breakfast is NOT like other hotels, it’s what you would to a restaurant for. The staff work d wry hard to make the breakfast and keep the area clean. I look forward to staying here again the next time we’re in Fredericksburg!

We were impressed with the hotel up until the point that we pulled out the pullout sofa. There were dirty linens left on the mattress, and some press-on fingernails stuck to the sheets. I wasn’t happy to remove dirty sheets myself. Other than that, we appreciated all of the amenities in the room, such as a dishwasher, washer and dryer, full-size refrigerator. We didn’t use them but liked that we had the option. It was confusing trying to locate breakfast in the morning because it was located in a separate building that we had to drive to and the entrance was not immediately apparent. We were excited to see there were some hot options available but the oatmeal was ice cold and there were no toppings available for the oatmeal and the waffles were tasteless.
