The stay was okay. The breakfast did not look very appetizing. I was in the lobby around 0645 and the omelettes looked like they’d been there all day and I don’t think the pancake maker was working. I ended up getting coffee only.

Nice. The dresser drawer was broken so I couldn’t use it. The initial room we had the AC was broke so we had to move rooms. The breakfast is fine. No daily cleaning of the room. But overall was a comfortable stay and a big room.

After I entered my room I found the toilet was backed up. The next morning I informed the desk agent about it and asked her to have it fixed. When I returned that night I found that the toilet was cleaned, but was still not working properly. I decided not to press the issue since I was leaving in the morning and could make due. In future, it would be best if concerns brought by the guests were addressed in a timely manner.
