Unforgettable Weekend with the Gator Crew!

Our engineering organization from UF chose this incredible property for our annual social trip, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. We took full advantage of the sunshine and amenities—spending most of our time outside enjoying the pool, the lake, and the open field for games. The house was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our large group, which kept everyone happy throughout the stay. As the perfect finishing touch, we got to watch our Gator basketball team win their way into the NCAA championship—an unforgettable highlight that made the trip even more memorable.

Perfect Wedding

This was a great setting for an outdoor wedding! We set up tables and chairs on the lawn next to the water and had a beautiful sunset wedding. The pool/hot tub was a popular hangout place for everyone. Property management was easy to coordinate with prior to arrival and very helpful if we needed anything during our stay.

Large house, gorgeous views, lots of space, beautiful guest house, fun light up pool and spa with fountains, dock and boat lift. Here for husband's 50th and anticipation of granddaughter's birth. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to come again!

Great house for a large group

We had about 30 people in our group and this house was perfect for us. The pool and hot tub were great features to have along with the dock and small beach. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Chris communicated well about the house along with providing ground rules to follow during the stay. The amenities were very nice. I would stay here again.

Accountability

First and foremost, I’ve never dealt with someone that took less accountability for a property they owned. We wouldn’t go back, we won’t recommend it to anyone, and all adults will be leaving Google reviews. The property had trash all in the front yard, stack of wood, sprinkler heads missing with water shooting everywhere. The back lawn hadn’t been mowed and the deck was under construction with no safety restraints, and no warnings from the owner. We didn’t have electricity on the first floor room for two days, and the upstairs main thermostat was down until the last night of our stay. The property manager agreed to a slap in the face discount of $800. We will dispute the stay as I said with my CC, as well as VRBO.

What a fun place!!

We had the best time and really enjoyed the layout! The pool was a massive hit for the kids and adults alike. Perfect location to so many things! Chris & Crystal we’re so communicative and very helpful. We’ll be back if we need a place that houses that many people again for sure!

Perfect wedding venue

We had a beautiful wedding experience at The Manor on the Bay. Chris and his staff were very helpful before, during and after our events. The house was clean and spacious and there were plenty of rooms and beds for our entire wedding party. The pool area was beautiful at night. The lawn had several options to set up for our rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception. It was very convenient to host every part of the wedding weekend at one place. I highly recommend Chris’ house for your special event.

Magical Weekend

We had a wonderful stay at the Manor! My now wife and I were in town to get married at my folks house, not too far away. The house was a perfect spot for us to have friends and family that came in from out of town. Chris was an excellent host and very communicative! I also want to commend crystal and her team for their hard work on the day that we checked in. I know they had a quick turnaround the day we checked in and she did an amazing job. Amazing stay!

Our stay was great! Accommodated our large group perfectly and was in a great location for traveling to the beach and other surrounding areas. The house was very spacious and comfortable. Pool/hot tub was amazing and the dock into the channel with a small beach was a treat! Chris and Crystal both made the trip a breeze and were both easy to work with and quick to respond. Highly recommend staying here if looking in the area, it was a blast!

Awesome Property!

Our stay at this time was awesome! Accommodated our pets and 20 family members. We had a great time! The bay beach access and dock for our boat was a great bonus! The property manager was professional, courteous, and she gave us her cell number to call her if we had any questions. It has it all from the dock on the bay, small beach, and a amazing pool. Family vacation

This property was great for our large family get together. The pool turned out to be the center of activity. The large size accommodated the entire family. Grandkids were able to enjoy lots of quality time with all their cousins, aunts and uncles! The adults really like the boat dock with high diving area. Didn't need the beach as this property offered everything the family desired for a wonderful week together.
