Breathtaking views of the Gulf from the balcony of this top floor end unit. Beautiful white sands and clear waters of the Gulf await. You will have an updated kitchen and dining area for four. The building is situated directly on the beach with no roads to cross. Parking is plentiful and convenient. There are two elevators on site to carry you up to the top floor. Easy access to attractions such as Oakaloosa Pier, boat rentals, Gulfarium, Crab Island, and downtown Fort Walton. Beach Service with 2 chairs and umbrella will be provided from March through October.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, an ironing board, and a dining table. Limited housekeeping is available.

The mini condo was absolutely perfect for a couple. It had a very beachy feeling and loved loved loved the balcony right on the beach. We spent alit if time out there just relaxing, watching and lustening to thet waves. Just what we were looking for peaceful relaxation. It was also a plus that the chairs and umbrella came with the room for beach days out close to the water. We would definitely stay here again.
