Location was great

Check in with a little confusing. Unable to get in with the gate code and just wait until actual check-in time. Kitchen lacked some items needed. Had two pots to cook in, but no skillets, just a few things like that. Nothing that would deter me from not going back. The room itself just needed some TLC. Some paint was coming off the cabinet in the bathroom, hangers on the wall where pictures used to be. I would still write it an eight out of a 10.

Great views . Was relaxing and calm environment which we greatly wanted . Master bedroom carpet could use some updating, it gave the room a bit of a smell and had discoloration and light fixtures needed updating . However , overall was a great stay .

Beach-beautiful as always.

Property management (Vacasa) was awesome! Carpets needed attention and they agreed had them cleaned immediately. So many things in the unit really needs to be updated. Throw out those two rugs. Ugh. We’ve stayed at island Echos maybe 8 times and LOVE Island Echos but not so much this unit. The overall property is still beautiful!

Away from the world

Located right on the beach with a convenience store within walking distance. Beautiful view, beautiful beach, awesome place. If you're looking for tons of bars and restaurants to go to, this is not the place to stay. If you're there for the beach and relaxation, this is a perfect location. We were very pleased. Be prepared to bring your own amenities because there are no beach towels, coffee, salt & pepper..... Bring your own or travel to the local grocery store. Not a big deal, but this information should be helpful for you to prepare for your trip at this lovely place.

Clean room, but outdated and needs new carpet in master bedroom. Outlet cover missing in front room. Balcony sliding door very very hard to close, probably rails need cleaned.

We enjoyed our stay at the beach but the condo needed a more detailed cleaning. We also did notice several things were broken and needed repair. I sent a text message upon check in to the rental company but never received a reply to my text message. They also had the cable company scheduled to come during our stay which was unacceptable. We will not be booking here again.

Perfect Retreat

This property provided the perfect retreat for me and my young teen boys' spring break. The property provided all that we needed. That view was Oh My! wonderful for all of us! I liked the short walk to the beach. The free umbrella and chair service a huge amenity!
