Nice and convenient place to stay

This condo is clean and convenient and the checkin and check out process was very easy and well communicated. The condo is well kept. The pool/hot tub area is okay and small. If you’re wanting just to go to the beach and eat and sleep at the condo then this is the place for you! We had a great time. If you are wanting gym access/nice pool access - like you love the pool area, and you’d like other activities included - tennis/basketball/pickleball, etc keep looking. The beach service guys were nice and accommodating as well. It’s a nice little place to stay for a lowkey beach vacay.

Great location that was right next to Destin and a 5 min drive to the boat rentals for Crab Island. The communication with the management company and checking in and out was easy with good instructions.Highlights:-Furnished with high quality items. The beds couches and chairs were comfortable unlike other rentals I had where everything was kinda cheap. They also had a large, nice TV.-This could support two families. It was one of the few places I could find that had two king sized beds. There was also a room of bunk beds and the couch pulled out.-It is on the water and we saw great sunsets on the balcony and the beach.-you can park underneath the building in the shade which was awesome for the summer heat -the is a gas station that was a 2 minute walk which was great for ice, drinks, snacks etc…Low lights:-the bathroom has a little wear and tear but nothing too extreme.-the elevator stopped working one night but that was an issue with the building not the unit. It was fixed by morning.-the pool was not very large and it had lots of kids in it. This is not a big deal but it was an adult trip so we avoided the kids. But if I had my family with me it would have been fine.I would stay hear again and was happy with the overall experience.

Okaloosa Stay

Condo was nice but unclean. The toilet in the master bathroom was filthy and the tub and one of the sinks were clogged. We had to plunge the toilet in both bathrooms a few times as well. There was a used condom wrapper in the bedside table drawer in the master suite as well.

Perfect

My friend and I stayed here for a long weekend. It was exactly as pictured. It was easy and quick to get ahold of the management when needed. Rooms were spacious, we didn’t use the bunk room, but it would be fine for kids. Balcony view was excellent and the building itself was well maintained and quiet. Short drive to the shops and restaurants. Parking lot is right next to the building and there is a convenience store next door.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in Fort Walton! Hosts were very communicative and made the check in and check out process so easy. They even left delicious donuts! Master and guest bedroom are really good sizes, even the bathrooms are large! Twin room is perfect for kids. During our stay, the beach chairs were taken up around 4:30/45 pm. If you are like us and want to stay on the beach until sunset, make sure to bring your own chairs too! The condo also had a couple chairs and floats. And beach toys! That was appreciated and used! We had a great stay and would come back again. Beautiful view from the balcony!

The process from start to finish was great . Property was wonderful and really loved the fresh donuts when we arrived . Did not have any issues while we were there and definitely want to go back again.

Beach front condo

This was our first time renter by a condo as we usually rent a home or townhome. We are not big fans of condos because the beach in front of them are always so crowded. This condo was smaller only about 24 units so it did not have a problem with beach crowding. It was very and the place was well taken care of. The staff was spot on with communication. The beach access was nice just a few feet away and the pool was great too. We would definitely stay there again.

Great stay

Our family really enjoyed staying here. The condo was very clean and cozy. The property managers were easy to communicate with and very friendly. They even left us donuts from the local donut shop, which were so good, we visited the donut shop for seconds. The unit is located close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment etc. We look forward to our next vacation here.
