We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the bedrooms were great and comfortable. The kitchen was very nice and and many cooking dishes and seasonings there.No problem with check in. Thought after the price we would get dishwasher detergent for the 7 days, and 2 rolls of TP per bathroom only and 1 roll of paper towels. Sad. 3 of the 5 bikes were not working ell. Biked down bike paths for 2 hrs but the chain came of 10 times.

Baseball Family Vacation

A baseball tournament brought us to the area and we had the best week! This house has everything you need for a week of fun at the beach! Bikes, kayaks, beach gear, pool gear and fishing gear! The sleeping accommodations were perfect and comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked for including spices and basic pantry necessities. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place!

Perfect and perfect!

Perfect location and perfect house for our family of 9! A wonderful new home with everything and exactly as listed and then some! All amenities are brand new, clean, well organized and stocked. Great layout/floor plans and location is terrific with a few minute walk to the Gulf! Nice having 5 bicycles!

Stunning Is Correct!

We’re a 3-gen family of 8, ages 14 to 76, and everyone loved the amazing house, pool, easy walk to the beach, and the location to restaurants and other interests. The property was perfect for us…very clean and well stocked in every way. Both the owner and rental mgmt staff were very attentive and easy to communicate with. It was a fun, relaxing, and truly memorable time for all! We loved staying here and hope to return. Jane

Family celebration

The house was very nice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and kyaking. Short walk to the beach. The lanai was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, etc.The elevator had a sign that it was not to be used without prior approval. It was a long walk up the stairs with heavy suitcases and groceries. There seemed to be some electrical issues. The remote controlled lights in the living room and lanai were difficult to turn off once they were turned on. The solenoid in the elevator door would randomly start activating the door open light including a very loud clicking noise. It would eventually stop, but was very annoying. The first time it happened we texted the building manager, and he said he would try to get a technician out to look at it. When it stopped, I texted him that it was OK. When it started making noise again, I texted again, and he said he would try to find a technician, but no one ever came to look at it. I get it that 2 hurricanes hit Fort Meyers beach in October and that it is difficult to arrange for maintenance, but I wish we had been warned about these electirical issues.

Excellent family vacation!

Our family of 10, 6 adults and 4 kids age 8-14, really enjoyed this property! The home is well stocked and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the proximity to the beach. There were plenty of chairs, a beach wagon, and a couple of umbrellas for taking over to the beach in the morning. We found so many beautiful seashells on the beach. It was an easy walk back to the house before the hottest part of the day, which we could spend in the lovely pool. Fort Myers was pretty quiet while we were there. There is still a lot of rebuilding happening. We'd love to return in a few years to see what has changed.

Beach getaway

The property was amazing! Stunning pool and lanai area with a quick walk to the beach. The property management company was fantastic. The only snafu we had was upon arriving at the property, we did not receive the correct gate code and had to wait to get it which took a while. All in all, I would stay here again.

Florida 2024

This is a fantastic property for a family trip - plenty of bedrooms/bathroom, pool and hot tub- wonderful layout of home offering privacy to everyone. Plenty of kitchen supplies and plenty of beach supplies- we added a few plus some good beach reads and a beach puzzle in case anyone experiences some rain during their stay - not likely but could happen!

We have been vacationing here for years and this was our first visit in 2 years. Loved the house and location! Not too far to get toddlers to the beach without driving, many of our favorite restaurants back open for us to enjoy. We would definitely rent the same house again.

Amazing property

The owners of this amazing property have given great attention to every detail! Incredibly well appointed, multiple 'living' spaces and so many extras, including kayaks, bikes and beach essentials. Location was ideal with the beach steps away. Absolutely everything our adult family of 7 needed for a perfect Florida vacation.

Beautiful!

We loved our stay here. Everything went smoothly from booking to check-in and out. Plenty of space for 2 families. The kids loved the pool/hot tub and the close walk to the beach. The kitchen is nicely stocked to prepare meals. Beach equipment, bikes and kayak were available to use. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend this rental!

Great house for family getaway

The house was just was described and was perfect for our family getaway. The property manager was responsive. FM beach is still on the rebound and will be for some time. The beach is stunning and just a short block away The house has everything we needed. Our only challenge was the grill (which is a George Forman type electric grill and not a BBQ / gas grill. With two little ones, We had planned to grill for dinner and were not able to (costly expectation) and getting a table at restaurants was challenging and kept the babies up later than we would have liked.

Great house/Pool Problems

Unfortunately, the cleaning staff was still there upon our arrival, delaying check-in 90 minutes. They were working hard and did a very good job, but it was inconvenient waiting around while they finished. If you’re coming to Fort Myers Beach to enjoy a beautiful home that is situated within a very easy and short walk to the beach, ride bikes, and kayak the canals, this is the house for you. We would NOT recommend it if swimming in the pool or using the hot tub is on your to-do list. The first four days were spent contacting management about getting the pool and hot tub heated and waiting around for people to help. No manual or instructions were provided, the pool maintenance man was unable to figure out how to help, we were sent YouTube videos and told to reset circuit breaker, none of which worked. We were told a repair man was coming, but he never showed up and management never followed up either. Needless to say, no one swam in the pool our entire stay which was very disappointing. There needs to be a more user-friendly pool control for future renters!

Family is everything

This is an amazing property. Beautifully decorated, cleanest property we have rented and we are medical people and are very particular. Close to beach and Publix. Great neighborhood. Pool/hot tub was perfect. Needed larger coffee pot and provided immediately along with coffee and filters. Hesitate to say more as we want to come back!! Oh and beautiful flower arrangement upon arrival. Love, love this property!

Amazing house and beach experience

This place has it all! Huge rooms, 3 with bathrooms attached, a pool, a hot tub, a ping pong table, kayaks, bikes, beach gear, garage space. The beach was a block away. Florida Coastal Vacation Rentals was excellent to work with and responsive to our needs. We would come back and stay here again in a heart beat!

A Perfect Getaway

The home was everything you could ask for in a vacation rental. The pictures on VRBO didn’t do it Justice. Beautiful pool, canal in the back (we actually seen a dolphin one morning) views of the gulf from one of the bathrooms. Less than a 3 min walk to the beach. Quiet friendly neighborhood and neighbors, 1 mile from Publix Grocery store which was a major convenience. Thanks John and Itrip for the attention to detail. 5 star service all around
