There system was down and we couldn’t get a room key made for hours. I understand there can be tech problems but there should have been more staff on duty to help folks. There was one employee at the desk and another employee in the office trying to get system back up. Once we got up to our room it was filthy! I can’t believe that was a Hilton brand . There was a dirty towel in the bathroom with lots of hairs all over the bathroom dirt and tons of mold all over the shower and the floors were covered in dirt and mold. I have never stayed at a Hilton before with this degree of uncleanliness. There was no coffee pot not even any paper cups. We also didn’t get any sleep you could here every car pass by, train etc… Horrible experience!!

Overall, the place is nice to stay. There was a system problem preventing keys from being made and an employee had to escort us to the rooms to use their key to let us in. We went to the show and had to stop at the front desk to get keys made when we arrived back at the hotel at 1:30 AM. At least the system was back up by then.

Nice staff overall- not extremely friendly, but polite. Bathrooms were cleaned but had a bad smell. Terrible shower pressure while the sink had too much pressure. you would get soaked if you turned the sink on all the way and the water would shoot out towards you instead of down in the sink. Parking is not included- 35$ but it’s enclosed in a garage. Breakfast was your average hotel breakfast.

Hotel was very good. Few misses were the lack of blankets or additional bedding (cold in the room), lack of additional pillows and the lack of a closet. Breakfast was super busy and no meat or seating was available.

This property is fair to poor. Our room was small. The AC very loud. The amenities for showering are subpar. The area is sketchy. We walked to the river, but did not feel safe. Breakfast was over at 10 and the coffee was all gone.
