Enjoy a restful night’s sleep on a new Sterns & Foster mattress with a choice of firm or soft pillow sets. The condo includes laundry facilities within the unit, high-speed internet, cable, and all utilities. Entertainment is top-tier with a 65” 3D television and Sonos surround sound system in both the living room and bedroom. Central...the key word

Staying at 341 N Birch Road is truly "central". There is the intracoastal in the back yard, the Ft Lauderdale beach a block away and a garden jungle off the patio. We have been to this location twice and have enjoyed it both times very much.

This was the second time I have stayed in this particular condo. It tells you something when you go back. Ground level makes it nice. It has its own private patio area which is a great addition to the property. Great pool, sundeck on the waterway and 1.5 blocks from the beach--close enough to be convenient, but also quiet without a lot of beach traffic.It had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much.
