Not good not bad

The property manager was very nice and easy to reach. The beds were comfortable and clean. Things inside the property were kind of dirty though. The property itself was not in a great area. The neighbors blasted music all night. It unfortunately made the stay itself uneasy. We appreciate the manager but this place is okay if you’re only in for a few nights and don’t care about any of the things listed.

Very comfortable inside this studio Communication with property manager was great Tv was big and had WiFi, we enjoyed watching YouTube. Fridge was a nice size, the shower could have been a bit cleaner but overall not bad. The feel of the stay was much better than a hotel/motel. The surrounding area had tons of food/ drink options from McDonald’s to Starbucks. Ac worked great. Train tracks near by were slightly noisy but didn’t wake me. A bit uncomfortable sleeping because I spotted and got rid of a roach.

Stay for rolling loud

Nice place for a week or so stay , heard gunshots one night and saw a bunch of police the other but no matter where you go now dats things are like that overall nice stay

Cute Little Hideaway

Property was clean… right off a train track and next to a church…so it got loud a couple times. Very clean and stocked with basic needs… Beds were overly soft and pillows were terrible cheap so bring your own. Bring your own beach towels as well. Other than that we were very happy for the price.

Beds were good. Pillows were of the poorest quality. Bathroom needed a deep cleaning. There was so much accumulated dirt in the corners. No one ever bothered to clean them. The grout in the tile floors was also dirty. The only thing left for guests were Keurig pods. I have stayed in so many properties where the host was thoughtful in leaving bottled water, milk for coffee, etc. This property was not near any restaurants or grocery stores so we had problems getting meals. Definitely not a 5-star stay.

Its in run down area and had a train very close that was extremely loud along with the traffic. There was nothing to do in the area. The place was clean but the sheets, blankets, towels, wash cloths were old snd worn. Id rate this property a 2 star

Nice place for the $$

Our group consisted of 2 mom’s and 2 teenage girls; we were there for a National’s Volleyball tournament at the convention center in Ft. Lauderdale. The unit was what it shows to be. I would say this property would be considered old Florida. The neighborhood is nice, but the block this property is on wasn't quite as kept as other properties throughout the neighborhood. It’s also a mixture of residential and commercial properties. The unit is in a 4 plex building, all next to each other. The outdoor space faces a road that dead ends and railroad tracks. The rail went through several times in the night, but it wasn’t too loud; although it did wake us up each time it passed. There is a liquor store across a 5 lane busy street on the other side of the dead end road. There were definitely some colorful characters who made there way through our path to go to the liquor store. Some of the colorful characters were also staying next door to us. We weren’t in the unit most of the day; we left at 6:15 am and didn’t return until 4:30 pm ish every day. The property team was fantastic! They wanted to make sure we had everything we needed and were great! They do have multiple properties and sun co fuse t any of their properties would be nice to stay at. I would say this property would be fine to rent if you were a couple, or men. We would not stay here again with our teenage daughters.
