The room was dust free but the floors were dirty looking. I got a mug to use and it was dirty with coffee stains. I tried to ask the staff to vacuum the floors but no one spoke english so I borrowed the vacuum and vacuumed my room myself.

The staff are not that courteous on the front desk to the point of being rather rude. The breakfast area gets pretty busy with long lines. A positive is that the room is spacious with good facilities and a large shower. We used the shuttle to the cruise port which was a bit of a challenge as they had to change vans and left my husbands hand luggage on behind. They managed to get it to us before we boarded but it was a stressful journey. Would not stay here again. At $270 plus parking there are better hotels.
