The hotel was centrally located near Republic Plaza. Was able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Room was very nice. Asked for a quiet room away from elevators which they handled for us. The hotel is beautiful. We checked in early to find out we had been assigned 302 across from the elevator which according to the map of the floor as the noisiest and the smallest room. We asked to be moved and the desk said they would “try”. Sorely disappointed.

We loved everything about this hotel! The stunning room, the beauty, the breakfast, the drinks, the spa & the kindness of every staff member we spoke to! Everyone went completely above and beyond to make sure our visit was the absolute best! We have travelled quite a bit & I would honestly say this is one of, if not the, top hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The bed & the pillows are a great test of a good hotel, and believe me, they did not disappoint!
