Room was clean except the Keurig coffe maker...it was very dirty and still had a used cup inside the machine. I decided not to use it the morning. Also the coffee condiments were missing, i.e. creamer, sugar. But Kyle from overnight staff was very friendly and helpful. I also love the close proximity to the airport. Parking spots could use some improvements though, the spaces are narrow and most of the guests parked right on the lines, took me awhile to find a suitable spot to park my rental car safely. was still inside the machine

I use a walker and had great customer service. Completely accessible. Even finding your accessible rooms have lighter doors making it actually possible to open and close easily. Everyone was so understanding and helpful and breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had!

Overall good stay. Although full (hot) breakfast was included with the reservation, they had a note at the hotel stating that they will only serve continental breakfast due to staff shortage. There were fast food restaurants around so it wasn't too much of an issue, however it would have been useful for the guests to know about this ahead of arrival. Thank you for an overall great stay

Staff very nice. Hotel is nice overall. However, the room was not cleaned well...there was plastic next to the bed from previous stay, bathroom tub did not seem clean as slight gray from dirty feet in tub, and the worst part is the shower temp was not consistent. It would go very hot or very cold and was difficult to get a comfortable setting. It's fine for a night or 2 max.
