Beautiful home. Very clean, neat, organized, very meticulous. Jenna was amazing and was always available when needed. The location was really great with restaurants nearby. Some great hiking trails nearby.

Hands down this was one of the nicest places we’ve ever rented through VRBO. Great neighborhood, beautiful home and more than well-appointed. The extra touches like gourmet coffee, fully stocked kitchen, extra toiletries, etc. made our stay perfect. Only downside was that there is only one bathroom but still worth it. Close to everything- easy in and out of town.

An absolute 10 for my wife and myself. Jenna our host was on hand to help m us with any situation that we encountered. The house fit our needs perfectly and we plan to return as often as possible. Loved our time here. The accommodations were spotless and very well stocked.

Check in was smooth and they even accommodated an early check in so we could get to the North Pole Experience. The house was clean and cozy, the beds and linens are SO comfortable. We did hear the people in the connected guest house, the noise from the footsteps travels through the whole house. Wouldn't have been an issue if they weren't stomping around at midnight, but simple fix with a whitenoise app. We'd stay here again.

Great House for an Anniversary Trip

Our stay at the ponderosa house was great. We had no issues and the property was very nice. It was awesome to have a kitchen and space compared to a hotel. I would for sure stay here again.

Perfect place in Flagstaff!

This house is in a great neighborhood. Close to the highway and stores. Very clean, spacious and updated. Perfect spot for us to stay after daily adventures to the Grand Canyon and Sedona.
