Weekend Stay

We had a great stay in Fayetteville! The home was close to the university and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in the same area.

Very nice place, quiet area

The duplex was very nice and clean. The neighborhood is quiet. Will stay here again when visiting Fayetteville.

Quiet respite

"Perfect" really sums it up. We were in town to support an aging parent. This was a quiet spot to regroup, but also easy space for a family group to hang out in.

Perfect location

This place is was so cute and had all the room we needed. We loved the deck! We had our coffee there every morning. Great location, only minutes from campus. Will definitely plan on staying here again in the near future.

Fayetteville mountain biking and visiting family and friends

The property was perfect for our needs. Kitchen had everything we needed and the Weber grill on the back patio got a good workout while we were there. I highly recommend this property.

Great place

The place is excellent. We had a little difficulty finding it because the house number wasn't clearly marked. The location is really convient and I highly recommend staying here.

Super clean and up to date

Good spot, off main road. Easy to get to, up to date, clean. Has everything we needed. Communication was great. And, close to campus. Would stay again.

Really nice.

It was very clean and had lots of extras that were nice to have, like shampoo, lotion, Q-tips. Also the bedding was super soft and comfortable. Slept well for being away from home. It was pretty close to places we wanted to be.

Comfortable and quiet

Really nice duplex. It is only a 2 minute drive or 7 minute walk to UArk campus. Very convenient. The property manager responds very quickly to all questions.

Ole Miss vs Hogs

Fantastic stay in Fayetteville. We were in town for the Hogs/Ole Miss football game. The house is within walking distance to the stadium. Location was perfect. Very clean, comfortable, plenty of quality amenities. The stay was exactly y what we had hoped.

College visit with sons

The house worked really well for our visit with our son at UARK. We were close to campus and other things while in Fayetteville. The house was clean and beds were comfortable! The property managers were easy to reach when needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Simply Perfect!

Everything was just like the pictures and in many ways better! Quiet place at the end of a cul de sac. Very nice and comfortable amenities. Extremely clean! Everything you need in a kitchen and we did a lot of cooking. The patio grill came in very handy. I highly recommend this location and hope to stay again.

A perfect retreat!

The house is nestled in the woods with a nice hiking trail just outside the door. We had an excellent experience with the property manager. She was She was easy to get a hold of and promptly responded to my communications. The house has everything that you would need for that you might forget. We had a great experience would definitely stay there again!

Fabuloud

This place was perfect. There were ample towels and washcloths. They had q-tips and cotton balls. There were extra pillows and sheets as well as extra blankets. They had LOTS of coffee and all that is needed for that. As promised, the kitchen was fully stocked. It is the first rental in which I did not have to run to the store for an essential item. The location is perfect—central to U of A and downtown, but on a quiet cul-de-sac. My son and I loved it.

Quiet place close to everything

This is a duplex,kitchen/living half bath upstairs and 2 bedrooms/full bath/laundry room downstairs. It's located at the dead end of the street so there's no traffic and it's quiet. The deck off the kitchen overlooks a wooded area, it was very nice having morning coffee outside with all the birdies chirping. The full bath has double sinks and a shower with great water pressure. Shampoo and conditioner was provided. The water pressure is great. The kitchen has everything for cooking, although we didn't. The owner left us a nice bottle of wine on the counter to welcome us. The Coffee Nook is awesome, everything you need for a great cup of coffee. We would definitely stay here again.

First impression...Uh Oh

We arrived on a dreary, rainy day and the carport and color of the house down in the bottom of the driveway looked pretty dismal. then we went in and got settled and found it was a nice place to stay. Very roomy, lots of storage space, nice shower and wonderful kitchen. There was one firm be and one soft bed. It was great to have a bed that we liked. The next day with the sun out, the outside looked better, but still it should be painted be a better color! Next time in Fayetteville I will look to see if this is available.

Quiet dead end street w a great duplex

Dont let the duplex part scare you. This place is super private. At the end of a dead end street. The house is great. Super clean and stocked w everything you need for your stay. The bedrooms are downstairs and living are is upstairs. The kitchen has most everything to cook whatever you want. I didnt use the bbq, but there is one on the back deck. No garage but you have a covered carport if its raining. The home is super close to a grocery store and other ammenities. Your down the street from the College but its not walking distance. Decor is great and theres a full bath downstairs and a half bath upstairs. I would definitely rent this home again, no doubt!

comfortable property but...

The property was very clean and comfortable. We chose this property due to its proximity to U of A campus. While it is about 1 mile away, I would not say it is walkable, which was a negative. Our group is fit and range in age from 30-60 and no one wanted to walk the long steep hill. Also the whole rental process was very inconvenient ! The long contract, sending selfies, photos of drivers licenses, not having check in info until 1 hour prior to arrival, etc was way too much. While the property was comfortable I would probably not rent this again mostly due to the rental process.
