I unfortunately stayed at this property while they were under renovation. I appreciate the new look and hope it serves future people staying there. Unfortunately I was here for a quick stay and payed the extra to be here because of the amenities instead of a smaller place. After waiting in the lobby for 10 minutes and eventually using the house phone to call, I was informed they had no ice, coffee, or the breakfast advertised and promised through their listing on Expedia. I asked them for a few dollars to at least get a coffee at the gas station and they refused. I went next door and got them some danishes so the next person could have SOMETHING for breakfast, but feel they could have advised me at the time of checking in, or better when they sent the confirmation? Just lack of care for their clients. It was sad.
