This property is simply as charming as can be. The location on the water couldn’t be any better. It’s absolutely as perfect as can be. This was our 4th or 5th time there. We will return next year, too. Owner has thought of EVERYTHING to make our vacay perfect. We met the neighbors and thoroughly enjoyed meeting them - lovely people that gave us sightseeing advice. We had sooo much fun!!!

The house was beautiful and in an incredible location. The views of the bay at sunset were absolutely stunning. It was very clean and truly lacked nothing—we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The amenities were high quality, and the beds were very comfortable. The HVAC system worked perfectly and kept the house at our desired temperature throughout our stay.There are plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby, yet it still feels peaceful and private, like you have the whole area to yourselves.If we return to this area, we will absolutely look forward to staying here again.

Enjoyed our stay! Would book again. Loved the upgrades and cute decor of the house. Nice quiet area away from town. I wish there were more substantial chairs around the fire pit but understand that’s an investment and might not withstand the weather. It reminded me of a family home and was very cozy. Perfect for rejuvenating, shopping downtown, enjoying local restaurants and relaxing near the water.

Great spot on the bay

We were visiting family for the 4th of July so didn’t spend too much time in the house but it was a great home base. Wish it had a dock but everything else was wonderful! Kitchen appliances were great for a rental.

Charming and roomy

We fell so in love with the property, we just didn’t leave much. It’s sooo easy to relax and thoroughly enjoy. We cooked and dined in; and, we ordered in amazing food via Uber Eats. We spent most of our time enjoying ourselves on the deck, looking across the bay. We will return for our third visit in October.

Excellent location

Loved the deck and birds. The birds were right behind the house (not at the neighbors). Really enjoyed watching them. Great location for visiting Fairhope, Magnolia Springs, plant nurseries and Gulf Shores. House was clean and comfortable.

Perfect for sunsets

This is a beautiful, quiet property that is right on the waterfront so sunsets are beautiful. The pelicans that sit on posts out in the water add to the charm of the house. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and there are plenty of towels and blankets. The beds are comfortable. We would stay here again and recommend to friends.

PRECIOUS

Things I loved about this place: -colorful walls and calming modern decor -tons of natural light and great views of the water -lots of coffee making options (kuerig, French press, 4 cup coffee pot) -pretty much anything you need in the kitchen, including spices which is extremely rare and very much appreciated!! -comfy master bed -real, live, beautiful plants make this space very homey -key code entry, so I don’t have to keep up with a key! -The back porch is awesome for morning coffee! We spotted dolphins! -The host left lights on because she knew we’d be coming in at night, and the house can be hard to find in the dark -there were plenty of towels and toilet paper provided for our party of 4, for the weekend Things I didn’t love: -no window coverings in den, dining, kitchen area made me feel a little weird at night. This really was NOT terrible though. -no covering on the window in the ACTUAL shower made me feel very exposed! -warped floors: I was aware of this issue because I read the reviews, but I do feel like this should have been warned in the description of the property. The one dangerous spot that most of the reviews spoke about, was pretty bad, BUT has been covered with a rug so you don’t forget it’s there. We actually didn’t trip on it much, but it IS in a major walkway. Overall, we enjoyed being in this Vrbo and honestly, I would rent it again if we’re in the area 😊

Relaxing stay on the water

Best vacay ever!!!

This lovely property perhaps isn’t described S fabulously as it should be. It’s AMAZING!!! We spent more time at “home,” than we did touring or anything else. It’s fabulous. We all felt so relaxed, rested, rejuvenated and wonderful. We spent hours looking out on the bay. We kayaked, photographed eagles, dolphins, pelicans, herons, and seagulls. Wow!!! We can’t wait to return.

Perfect girls trip!

My best friend and two daughters loved this property so much. It has great charm and is off the beaten path, away from the hustle and bustle. We even saw dolphin swimming in the bay. We will be back!

Last minute reservation

This was a great home for just sitting on the bay and relaxing. Our other reservation was canceled at the last minute and we were lucky to be able to book this house. There were a few minor cleaning issues, that I am sure the owners weren't even aware of. A drawer that stored a coffee bean grinder had ground coffee all over the bottom of the drawer, glasses that looked like they were put away dirty,
