Guests can relax in the pleasant atmosphere of this nice cottage and explore the beauty of Fairfax Station. We hope you enjoy what our place and Fairfax Station has to offer. T he cottage is a very private, furnished one bedroom studio located in southern Fairfax County. Studio is in a private building about 300 feet from primary residence and enjoys private parking. Perfect for remote work, the studio is located on five acres to enjoy a wide variety of wildlife including, deer, foxes, turkeys, raccoons, opossum, owls, falcons, eagles, etc. The studio is located in a safe and private neighborhood. Washer/dryer, wood stove, a/c, microwave, tabletop oven, griddle, etc. All utilities included, including private high-speed internet and two smart TV's. No extra charge for pets.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Amazing little Gem in a beautiful place!

It was super private, and we felt super comfortable and secure!! Michael was very prompt to answer any and all questions we had. It was such beautiful weather we opened all the windows for our entire stay! Definitely a lil rustic, but we loved every second of our stay! Thank you Michael. We will definitely be back the next time we come up that way! 5- STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
