The hotel was good but the noise from the highway on our side of the hotel was very loud especially at night. Rooms were comfortable and the pool and hot tub looked nice.

The room was clean. I liked that the check-out time was noon and breakfast remained open beyond 9:30. Tried to call for directions when we were close but only got recording. Was annoyed that a $20 'incidental' charge was made. I am waiting for its return. Clearly, this is a way for the company to invest this charge from everyone and make extra money. If they insist on doing this, they should return it with interest.

The room was very nice and clean. Front office staff was very professional and helpful. Just one frown, to that side of building the noise level from the highway on that side of the hotel was not the best. I did not get a good night sleep.

Plenty of parking (found a space right in front!). The room was clean and staff was welcoming. The free breakfast was a welcome perk since the roads in the area are under construction. Anyone planning to stay may want to request a room facing the front parking lot. We had a room facing the back, and the highway noise from Rocky Run Parkway was very noticeable when trying to sleep - even using the provided ear plugs. Would stay there again if we're in the area.

Room was fine. Breakfast was awful... oatmeal was watery, sausage looked soggy and eggs looks soggy as well. Coffee wasn't good. Pool and hot tub were not heated and there was no sign indicating as such. Woman at desk said it was on the website, however when you book through Expedia/Booking etc you don't see that.
